Friday Fitness Challenge

Happy Friday everyone!! I hope you all have awesome fit plans to keep you focused and on track with all the tempting Easter goodies you’ll come across this weekend! It’s Friday, so that means its time for another Friday Fitness Challenge.

Today, your challenge is plyos!! I love plyos, they really get my heart rate up and makes me sweat!!

Your Challenge is to complete the following circuit 3X.

**Warm Up with 5 minutes - walking, jogging, jump roping, etc

Line jumps – 10 reps each side

Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds

Tuck jumps – 15 reps

Jumping Jacks - 20 reps

Squat jumps -Β 15 reps

Rest 30-45 seconds in between each exercise. Repeat circuit 3X.
